Book talk & Indie read. SEARCH IT! notebook research assignment. Read poems: “When the Fat Girl Gets Skinny”by Blythe Baird & “Friend Zone” by Dylan Garity. Quickwrite #3: a 5 – 10 minute reaction/response on either poem we read (about a page – be specific and willing to refer to the text).
Upcoming: Next week you will be writing a response based on one of the 6 pieces we read this week (two essay, two articles, two poems).
