Read aloud & Indie read.  Quickwrite #25:  video “6 Photographers – 1 Man” Study:  Book reviews – read reviews for Long Way DownThe Poet X.  Think about what goes into a book review.  Handout:  “Anatomy of a Book Review”

Upcoming:  We’ll be writing book reviews over the next two days, so think about what you will review. It CANNOT be these two books that we read as a whole class and read reviews for today.

Indie read.  Quickwrite #25:  video “6 Photographers – 1 Man”  Study:  Everything’s an Argument chapter 6 quick recap.  Example draft – rhetoric of rap paper on “Mathematics” by Mos Def.  Work time for annotations & drafting of rap analysis.
