Book talk & Indie read. Quickwrite #12: Excerpt from Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Universe by Douglas Adams. “Minds Made for Stories” excerpt w/ talk about how genres overlap to keep readers engaged.
Blog post #2 – fave author – details. College letter return – you can rewrite if you want an A.
Deadlines:
- SUB1 in your Submissions folder in Dropbox no later than 11:59pm Monday, Oct. 8th + an audio of YOU reading your paper.
- Blog post by email due by classtime on Tuesday 10/9.
Sending audio tips:
- Record however you like – video, video w/ camera NOT on you, audio file, screencast (figure it out)
- Send it to Mrs. C in an email (NOT Dropbox)
- If the file is too large, try uploading into your Google Drive & then send Mrs. C permission to access it
