Rhetoric by Definition: Check the GClassroom for access to the padlet to see which definitions your classmates liked best. Add notes to the page on the rhetorical situation (If you missed class, you can find the slides we reviewed on today’s GClassroom).

Notebook Upside Down: Time Audit. Complete in class as instructed and if you missed class today, check the GClassroom stream for a video version you can complete yourself.

DEADLINES: Read the defintions of rhetoric and start a notebook page with your favorite 3 and reasons. You can’t be “wrong” but you should be thoughtful.

WRITE CLUB!! Welcome & “rules.”

Follow the Write Club procedures we practiced yesterday to Bless, Address, & Press for each group member’s paper. Be sure to give feedback through MSWord in the margins (not just in discussion) that looks for what’s good = ), asks readerly questions ?, and makes suggestions in the form of “what if…” or “maybe try…”

If you missed class, check the feedback your group members gave you and be sure to give them feedback too.

And know it is always okay to go back and leave more comments later (within the next couple of days) if you need time to process or reread to give good commentary.
