Book trailers & Indie read.  Video America Is a Stolen Country – BBC PopUp. Read: “The Lone Ranger and Tonto Fistfight in Heaven” by Sherman Alexie.  Notebook write:  How are the video & story connected?  Find 3 examples of important issues for modern Native Americans on the reservation.

  • Annotated Lyrics & BEFORE and AFTER sheets will be collected Wednesday in class

Compare with previous rate & consider the implications.  Update your “mission accomplished” page.  Set semester goals 1) quantity & 2) a non-quantity goal that pushes out of your “comfort zone.”  Crash Course w/ John Green – “How and Why We Read” Add #warriorsread shelfies to twitter 🙂
